– The Brief

To create and launch a 2000sq foot serviced studio space for Manchester's Northern quarter freelance and start-up creative businesses.

– Our Approach

Zoning the space with multiple breakout and meeting spaces comprising meeting tables, chairs, low seating and sofas along with a large breakfast bar and kitchen area we created a cool and contemporary office environment. 24 desks in long banks and a large service meeting room with floor to ceiling glass partitioning and a huge integrated storage wall.
